Netherland Antilles Offshore Company
Situated in the Leeward and Windward Islands of the Caribbean, the Netherlands Antilles is an autonomous part of the Netherlands. It is a self-governing federation of five Caribbean Islands. Although it still forms part of the Dutch Kingdom it is regarded as one of them most stable democracies in the region. The financial and professional infrastructure is highly advanced. The aim was to ameliorate Netherlands Antilles image as an Offshore Financial Centre. It removed the distinction between "onshore" and "offshore" companies and simplified tax rates.This type of company has one of the lowest government fees. Annual Financial Statements and an Annual Profit Tax need to be filed. Total confidentiality and anonymity is also accorded to this corporate vehicle.
